Jigawa State Revitalizes Basic Education with Capacity Building Workshop

Jigawa State has taken a significant step towards revitalizing its basic education sector with a capacity building workshop organized by the Jigawa State Universal Basic Education Board (SUBEB). 

Led by the Executive Chairman, Professor Haruna Musa, the workshop aimed to develop a harmonized work plan for 2024-2027, aligning with the state government’s vision to improve education standards.

The workshop brought together education stakeholders, including teachers, officials, and experts, to share ideas and strategies for addressing key challenges in the sector. 

Focus areas included teacher training, gender inclusiveness, materials provision, and infrastructure development.
