NSCDC Jigawa Recovers 7 Stolen Livestock

Operatives of the Nigeria Security and Civil Defence Corps (NSCDC), Jigawa State Command, have successfully recovered seven (7) missing livestock believed to have been stolen from local farmers.

The recovery operation, carried out by the Corps’ Agro-Rangers Unit, followed intelligence reports and swift action in a rural community within the state.

The livestock were traced and recovered without incident, and efforts are ongoing to identify and apprehend the culprits behind the theft.

Commandant Bodinga assures the members of the public, particularly farmers and herders, of the NSCDC’s commitment to protecting agricultural assets and ensuring security in rural communities.

The recovered animals are currently in the custody of the NSCDC pending proper identification and handover to the rightful owners.
