The Jigawa Social Protection Platform (JISOP) has extended its heartfelt condolences to Governor Malam Umar Namadi of Jigawa State, following the devastating loss of his beloved mother, Hajiya Maryam Namadi, and son, Abdulwahab Umar Namadi.
In a statement signed by Comrade Shuaibu Musa Kafin-gana, Chairman of JISOP, the platform expressed its deepest sympathies to the governor and his family during this difficult time. “We share in the grief with you at this most trying and difficult moment,” the statement read.
JISOP acknowledged the late Hajiya Maryam as a great servant of Allah who lived a worthy and fulfilled life, and noted that Abdulwahab’s demise is a testament to Allah’s decree that every soul shall taste death. The platform prayed that Almighty Allah grants the deceased eternal rest in Al Jannatul Firdausi and provides the governor, his family, and the people of Jigawa State the strength and fortitude to bear this immense loss.

Jigawa post report that this condolence message is one of many that have poured in from various organizations and individuals, including former President Muhammadu Buhari, who also condoled with the governor over the loss of his mother and son.
